The next phase of this Large Loss Commercial Fire Job consisted of tearing down the condemned portion of the apartment building. Eight units, of the sixteen unit apartment building were saved by SERVPRO of Mandarin, and are now being rented. The other eight units near to were the fire originated, were condemned by the City of Jacksonville, and had to be torn down.
