Sewer Backs Up into a public restroom

"Why would I need to call you?" This is a good question that I get often. The easy answer is shown in the picture above. There was a sewer back up into a public facility inside of a restaurant. Since this was considered sewer, they were directed to close the restaurant until the situation was fixed, cleaned, and sanitized.  We were on scene within one hour of the initial phone call and immediately started the clean up processes. The second photo is the same area drying and already disinfected. The restaurant located in the Mandarin, Florida area answered the "why SERVPRO?" themselves. We like to say we are a small hero in the time of need.
