Toilet Causes Water Damage At Child Care Center in Mandarin

The SERVPRO of Mandarin team was called out on a Friday night to take care of a toilet back up that caused a water damage at a local child care center.

The toilet had overflowed and the contaminated water passed through a wall to the front desk carpet. We were able to respond quickly and start the extraction, drying and carpet cleaning process. After cleaning the carpet we treated for microbial growth, resulting in a very happy customer. Our quick response to their emergency lead to SERVPRO of Mandarin doing all of their emergency carpet and tiling cleanings, and quarterly cleanings of their building and floors.
